Return and refund policy

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your reason or pay any penalty.

Return conditions

• Products must be returned in their original packaging , unopened , unused , and in a condition suitable for resale.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part (e.g., damaged product, preparation error).

• Returns must be made within 14 days of sending your cancellation request.

Non-refundable products

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to :

• Products that have been opened , tested or used are for hygiene and health protection reasons.

• Custom or made-to-order products.

Refund

Once the products have been returned and checked, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days , using the same payment method as that used when ordering.
