Appliquez l’huile sèche corps sur peau propre, sèche ou légèrement humide, après la douche ou le bain. Massez délicatement jusqu’à absorption complète.

Sur les cheveux, chauffez quelques gouttes entre les mains puis appliquez sur les longueurs et les pointes pour nourrir et discipliner la fibre capillaire.
