Are the products returnable?
Do you deliver internationally?
Unfortunately not! Ecology is a criterion that is very important to us and, as we do not choose products from the other side of the world, we do not send products outside of Metropolitan France.
Can I return a product?
Absolutely, within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return one or more unopened, unused products; we will carefully check that they are intact before processing your return.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us to explain the problem and send us a photo of the damaged item. Send your request to coucou@wakey-cosmetiques.com and we will be able to offer you an exchange or a refund.
