Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC) or excluding taxes if outside the EU.
Wakey Cosmetics reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The prices applied are those displayed at the time of the order.

5. Orders

Placing an order implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. A confirmation email is automatically sent to the customer. Wakey Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any suspicious order or in the event of a dispute.

6. Payment

Payment is 100% secure via Stripe. The order is prepared after receipt of full payment.

7. Delivery

Deliveries are made in France, Europe and internationally.

France: 2 to 4 business days

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal (except for products opened for hygiene reasons).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is ours.

The products benefit from the legal guarantees (conformity, hidden defects) provided for in Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
