Why a deodorant without bicarbonate?
Baking soda is an effective way to combat odors because it's antibacterial. However, it alters the skin's pH, which can be irritating for people with sensitive skin! If you experience redness after prolonged use of baking soda, it's best to switch to a product that doesn't contain it... or contains less, depending on the individual. In this sensitive skin version, it's replaced with magnesium hydroxide, which is gentler!
Why do we avoid aluminum salts?
